ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) forms an integral part of the SportBooster Terms of Service (“ToS”).
It governs all use of the SportBooster platform operated by:

By using the platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Purpose
This Policy is designed to ensure:
- Protection of minors
- Safety of users
- Integrity of the platform
- Compliance with applicable laws
- Prevention of fraud, abuse, and misuse
- Responsible use of AI-powered systems
2. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- Content they upload, publish, or transmit
- Communications made through the platform
- Compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction
The Operator does not assume responsibility for user-generated content except where required by law.
3. Prohibited Content
Users must not upload, publish, share, or transmit:
- Pornographic material
- Sexually explicit content
- Content involving exploitation of minors
- Hate speech or incitement to violence
- Threats, harassment, or stalking
- Discriminatory or defamatory content
- Violent or extremist material
- Illegal content under applicable law
- Content infringing intellectual property rights
The Operator reserves sole discretion to determine whether content violates this Policy.
4. Protection of Minors
It is strictly prohibited to:
- Contact minors for inappropriate purposes
- Attempt grooming behavior
- Request personal contact details from minors
- Share sexual, suggestive, or exploitative material with minors
Enhanced safeguards apply to accounts associated with minors.
Suspected violations may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
5. Fraud and Abuse
Users must not:
- Manipulate the internal credit system
- Exploit currency conversion mechanisms
- Abuse affiliate tracking systems
- Engage in self-referral schemes
- Create fake or duplicate accounts
- Artificially inflate platform metrics
- Interfere with platform functionality
The Operator may reverse transactions, freeze credits, or suspend accounts where abuse is detected.
6. Financial Misuse and AML Compliance
It is prohibited to:
- Use stolen or unauthorized payment instruments
- Conduct chargeback fraud
- Falsify business identity for payouts
- Launder funds through the platform
- Circumvent identity verification processes
The Operator reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) and to refuse or suspend payouts.
7. Security Violations
Users must not:
- Attempt hacking or unauthorized access
- Circumvent security mechanisms
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit system vulnerabilities
- Use automated scraping or bot tools without authorization
- Perform denial-of-service or disruption attacks
Security violations may result in immediate account termination.
8. AI Misuse
Users must not:
- Attempt to exploit AI systems to generate harmful or illegal content
- Manipulate AI outputs for fraud
- Circumvent AI moderation systems
- Use AI tools in violation of applicable laws
AI systems are monitored and subject to human oversight.
9. Monitoring and Moderation
The Operator may:
- Monitor platform activity
- Use automated systems for content moderation
- Review communications where legally permitted
- Remove content at its discretion
Monitoring does not create an obligation for continuous supervision of all user content.
The Operator acts upon reports and detected violations in accordance with applicable law.
10. Enforcement and Sanctions
In case of violation, the Operator may:
- Remove content without prior notice
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts
- Freeze credits or affiliate balances
- Cancel pending payouts
- Reverse fraudulent transactions
- Restrict access to specific features
- Cooperate with law enforcement authorities
No compensation shall be due for enforcement actions taken in accordance with this Policy.
11. Appeal and Review
Users may request review of enforcement actions by contacting:

Requests will be assessed in good faith.
The Operator retains final decision-making authority.
12. Platform Liability
The Operator:
- Is not responsible for user-generated content
- Does not guarantee legality of third-party content
- Acts upon notice or detection of unlawful activity
Nothing in this Policy creates a general monitoring obligation.
13. Relationship to Other Documents
This Policy is part of the SportBooster legal framework and should be read together with:
- Terms of Service
- Privacy Policy
- Data Processing Agreement
- Affiliate Program Terms
- AI Transparency Statement
- International Data Transfer Addendum
In case of conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
14. Amendments
This Policy may be updated at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
The latest version is always available in the Legal section of the platform.
